Artis REIT, Partners Increase Ownership in Dream Office REIT to 21%

06:54 AM EDT, 06/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Artis Real Estate Investment Trust (AX-UN.TO) said late on Tuesday that it and its partners increased their the stake in Dream Office Real Estate Investment Trust (D-UN.TO) to 21% from 19%.

Between mid-April and mid-June, Artis acquired about 2% of the outstanding voting units of Dream Office REIT, paying about $7 million.
