04:45 PM EDT, 08/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dustin A. Moskovitz, 10% Owner, Director, on August 15, 2025, executed a purchase for 449,235 shares in Asana (ASAN) for $6,312,185. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Moskovitz has control over a total of 61,476,046 Class A common shares of the company, with 57,329,000 shares held directly and 4,147,046 controlled indirectly.
