Ashford Hospitality to Sell Residence Inn San Diego Sorrento Mesa

05:19 PM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ashford Hospitality Trust ( AHT/PD ) said late Thursday it has agreed to sell the 150-room Residence Inn San Diego Sorrento Mesa in San Diego, California, for $42 million, or about $280,000 per key.

The deal is expected to close in October, it said.

Shares of the company were up over 2% in after-hours activity.
