04:55 PM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bausch + Lomb Corporation ( BLCO ) , a global eye health company, on Wednesday said its Bausch+Lomb Netherlands B.V. and Bausch & Lomb Inc. units, priced and offering of 675-million euros of aggregate principal amount of senior secured floating rate notes due 2031.
According to a company statement, the size of the offering was increased from the previously announced 600 million euro aggregate principal amount.
The notes will be sold to investors at a price of 99.5% of the principal amount.
The company had previously said it is also seeking to partially refinance its credit agreement, whereby the company intends to obtain a US$2.32 billion new term B loan facility and a new US$800 million revolving credit facility.
The New Term B Loan is expected to accrue interest at a rate of Term SOFR + 4.25% per annum.
The loan was increased from US$2.2 billion.
According to the company, it intends to use the net proceeds from the notes offering and the New Term B Loan Facility to repay in full the outstanding borrowings under its existing revolving credit facility, to refinance in full its outstanding term A loans due 2027 and term B loans due 2027 and to pay related fees and expenses.
The company's shares closed up $0.01 to $15.80 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
