09:42 AM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ashland (ASH) has sold its nutraceuticals division Pharmachem Innovations to Turnspire Capital Partners, the companies said Tuesday in separate statements.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal includes Pharmacem's custom formulation and contract manufacturing operations at its production facilities in the US and Mexico, Ashland said.
