12:55 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aspire Biopharma Holdings ( ASBP ) said Tuesday it has appointed its board member, Michael Howe, as its chief executive officer, effective immediately.

Aspire said Howe succeeded Kraig Higginson, who has stepped down as CEO but will continue to serve as its executive chairman.

Howe has served as a co-founder and CEO of The Good Clinic since 2022, Aspire said.

The shares were down over 7% in recent trading.
