05:24 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Associated Capital Group ( AC ) said late Friday it has notified the New York Stock Exchange of its plan to delist its class A common shares from the bourse and move its listing to the OTC Markets' OTCQX platform.

The company's board deemed that the move to delist the shares from the NYSE and deregister and suspend its reporting obligations under the Exchange Act is in the best interest of its shareholders, it said.

Associated Capital ( AC ) expects its last trading day on the NYSE to be on or about Sept. 4.
