Assurant Acquires UK Mobile Device Repair Company iSmash

05:55 AM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Assurant ( AIZ ) said Thursday it has acquired UK tech repair services provider iSmash.

The iSmash business operates 38 retail locations across the UK, providing repair services for smartphones, tablets, and laptops, the company said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
