Astra Exploration Raises $6.25 Million in a Bought-Deal Private Placement of Shares

01:49 PM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Astra Exploration ( ATEPF ) on Wednesday said it closed a bought-deal private placement of shares that raised $6.25 million, including the partial exercise of the underwriters' option.

The company sold an underwriting syndicate 10.1-million shares priced at $0.62 apiece.

Proceeds will be used for exploration expenditures on the La Manchuria project and for general working capital needs.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.01 to $0.62 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Price: 0.62, Change: +0.01, Percent Change: +1.64
