06:49 AM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Astronics ( ATRO ) said Monday it has acquired Buhler Motor Aviation from Buhler Motor Group in an all cash transaction.

The financial details of the transaction was not disclosed.

The company added that BMA, based in Germany, is a manufacturer of aircraft seat actuation systems with a broad product portfolio that includes actuators, electronics, control panels, pneumatic systems, and lighting.

Astronics ( ATRO ) added that anticipated annual revenue for 2026 is $22 million at current exchange rates.
