Net sales for the quarter ended June 28 was $822.4 million, down from $919.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $830.2 million.

The company lowered its full-year 2024 adjusted net income outlook to $14.30 to $14.52 per diluted share, from $16 to $17 previously.

The company's share price fell more than 7% in Tuesday's premarket activity.
