04:51 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atlas Energy Solutions ( AESI ) has received two additional driverless trucks from Kodiak Robotics and launched up to 24/7 driverless service, Kodiak said Tuesday.

Atlas now operates four trucks equipped with Kodiak's AI-powered autonomous system, with additional deliveries expected later this year as part of a 100-truck order.

The driverless trucks pick up frac sand from Atlas's Dune Express conveyor system and deliver it to customer well sites in the Permian Basin, according to the company.
