08:39 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atlassian ( TEAM ) said in a regulatory filing late Monday that it is phasing out its Atlassian Data Center products in favor of a new cloud platform called Atlassian Ascend.

The software developer said the transition to will take more than three years and is expected to be completed by March of 2029.

"Data Center products will no longer be able to deliver on our core promise to customers," the company said. "These outcomes can only be fully realized with the power and innovation of our cloud platform."

Shares of Atlassian ( TEAM ) were up more than 6% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
