11:13 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atmos Energy ( ATO ) priced a $500 million offering of its 5.2% senior notes due 2035, according to a regulatory filing Thursday.

Net proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close around Thursday, are estimated to be about $493.5 million. The company previously said in a registration statement that the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
