Atmus Filtration Technologies' Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Rise; Raises 2025 Outlook

07:09 AM EDT, 08/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atmus Filtration Technologies ( ATMU ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Friday of $0.75 per share, up from $0.71 a year earlier.

One analyst polled by FactSet expected $0.72.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $453.5 million, compared with $432.6 million a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $433.3 million.

For 2025, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $2.40 to $2.60, compared with its prior outlook of $2.35 to $2.60. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.61.

The company said it now expects 2025 revenue to be between $1.69 billion and $1.74 billion from its previous outlook of $1.67 billion to $1.74 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.69 billion.

Atmus shares were up 3% in recent Friday premarket activity.
