10:45 AM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Auna ( AUNA ) said Tuesday it plans to issue an additional 10.0% senior secured notes due 2029 in a private offering to eligible institutional investors.

The notes will form part of the same series as the company's existing senior secured notes issued in December 2023, with identical terms except for the issue date, price, and first interest payment.

Proceeds will be used to partially repay debt under a credit agreement signed in November 2023 and to cover related interest, fees, and expenses, the company said.
