Update: TerraVest Industries Jumps 6.5% Acquires Advance Engineered Products; No Financial Details Given

12:06 PM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TerraVest Industries ( TRRVF ) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire Advance Engineered Products, a Saskatchewan-based manufacturer and service provider in the tank-trailer industry for an undisclosed price.

TerraVest said Advance's "diverse product portfolio and extensive service platform" complements the company's existing tank trailer businesses.

Advance said the merger allows the company to secure opportunities for expansion, and innovation in the tanker trailer industry.

TerraVest shares were last seen up C$3.97 to C$65.00 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
