Aura Minerals Seeking to Raise $210 Million From US Public Offering

05:16 AM EDT, 07/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aura Minerals said Monday that it is seeking to raise about $210 million from its US public offering of common shares.

The company said it expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase a certain number of additional shares and its shares are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker "AUGO."
