09:25 AM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Autoliv ( ALV ) said Tuesday it has signed an agreement with China Automotive Technology and Research Center to jointly enhance automotive safety benchmarks in China and globally.

Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.

The collaboration will include research and development, testing, certification, and standards alignment -- providing technical support for the R&D and international expansion of Chinese automakers, the company said.

Autoliv ( ALV ) shares were 1.3% lower in recent premarket trading.
