Autoliv Reduces Number of Issued Common Shares

03:24 AM EST, 12/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Autoliv ( ALV ) said Tuesday it retired about 3 million shares of common stock, reducing the number of its issued shares to 80.4 million.

The company has about 77.7 million common shares outstanding and 2.7 million common shares held in treasury.
