AvalonBay Communities Q3 Core FFO Rises; Set Q4 Outlook, Lowers 2025 Guidance

05:37 PM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AvalonBay Communities ( AVB ) reported Q3 core funds from operations late Wednesday of $2.75 per share, up from $2.74 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.81.

Same-store residential revenue in the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to $685.3 million from $671.5 million a year earlier.

The company expects Q4 core FFO of $2.80 to $2.90 a share.

Analysts expect $2.90.

The company lowered 2025 core FFO guidance to $11.15 to $11.35 from $11.19 to $11.59 earlier.

Analysts expect $11.37.
