11:41 AM EDT, 08/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Avangrid ( AGR ) and renewable energy producer Statkraft said Thursday that they signed a short-term virtual power purchase agreement for energy from Avangrid's ( AGR ) 35-megawatt Casselman wind farm in Pennsylvania.

No financial details were disclosed but the companies said they signed a similar agreement earlier this year for energy from Avangrid's ( AGR ) Streator Cayuga Ridge South wind farm in Illinois.
