07:10 AM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Avanti Helium ( ARGYF ) on Monday said it will raise $500,000 through a private placement of 2 million units at $0.25 each.

Chris Bakker, the chief executive officer, will be the sole subscriber under the offering.

Each unit consists of one common share and a 12-month warrant to buy an additional share at $0.30.

Proceeds will be used for general working capital requirements.
