09:11 AM EST, 11/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aveanna Healthcare Holdings ( AVAH ) reported Q3 adjusted net income Thursday of $0.15 per diluted share, up from $0.02 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.10.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 27 was $621.9 million, up from $509 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $588.7 million.

For 2025, the company said it now expects revenue of more than $2.38 billion, up from more than $2.3 billion previously. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.33 billion.

Shares of the company were down 17% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
