Aventis Energy Closes $350,000 Flow-Through Financing

07:23 AM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aventis Energy ( VBAMF ) late on Friday said it has closed a non-brokered private placement for 1.4 million flow-through units at $0.25 per FT unit, raising $350,000.

Proceeds from the offering will be used for exploration on the company's project portfolio.

Each FT unit consists of one common share issued as a flow-through share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share for $0.35 for a 24-month period from the date of issuance.
