07:28 AM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Venture capital firm ThreeD Capital ( IDKFF ) said late Friday that it slightly increased its stake in Avicanna ( AVCNF ) , acquiring 106,000 common shares for $37,400, or about $0.353 per share.

Following the transaction, ThreeD and joint actor Sheldon Inwentash's interest in Avicanna ( AVCNF ) rose to 17.4% or about 19.1% on a partially diluted basis, from 17.3% or 18.9% on a partially diluted basis.

ThreeD currently holds an aggregate of 13,093,800 shares and 1,698,750 warrants of Avicanna ( AVCNF ), representing a 11.9% stake or about 13.2% on a partially diluted basis.

Avicanna's ( AVCNF ) share price gained 4.3% on Friday to $0.36 on the TSX.
