Axis Capital Board Authorizes $400 Million Share Repurchase Program; Maintains Quarterly Dividend

05:33 PM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Axis Capital Holdings ( AXS/PE ) late Wednesday announced a $400 million share repurchase program.

The program replaces the company's prior $300 million share repurchase authorization.

Meanwhile, the company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, payable April 17 to shareholders of record on March 31.
