AZZ Appoints Jason Crawford CFO

09:12 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AZZ (AZZ) said Monday it has appointed Jason Crawford as chief financial officer.

Crawford served as CFO of Precoat Metals before it was acquired by AZZ in 2022, the company said.

AZZ said that Philip Schlom will remain with the firm in a consulting role to ensure a smooth transition.
