06:34 AM EST, 11/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- B. Riley Financial ( RILY ) said late Tuesday that it had received an additional non-compliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended Sept. 30.

The financial services company is also delinquent with respect to its quarterly report for the period ended June 30.

B. Riley said it is working to file the delayed reports as soon as possible, and it expects its filing activity to return to normal by next year.
