with Denham Capital's Sustainable Infrastructure arm to develop cleaner power offerings for data centers in the US and Europe.

The company said the partnership would focus on technologies for coal power generation or natural gas conversion projects, and back-end environmental technology to reduce emissions.

The partnership would help in meeting the rising energy demand from data centers by offering faster, cost-effective alternatives until renewable energy can keep pace, it added.
