07:30 AM EDT, 07/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises ( BW ) said Monday it has closed the sale of its Danish unit Babcock & Wilcox Renewable Service to Hitachi Zosen Inova for $87 million.

The transaction is subject to customary fees and adjustments.

The subsidiary employs more than 160 people and provides aftermarket parts and services for waste-to-energy plants in northern Europe and the UK.

Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises ( BW ) also reiterated its previously stated full year 2024 adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization target range of $105 million to $115 million, excluding BrightLoop and ClimateBright expenses.
