04:34 AM EDT, 05/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ball (BALL) said Monday it has launched a public offering of 750 million euros ($833.5 million) of senior notes due 2032.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering, along with cash on hand, for general corporate purposes, among other things.

Ball shares were up 1.4% in recent premarket activity.
