Bank of America Q1 Earnings, Revenue Decline

07:28 AM EDT, 04/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of America ( BAC ) reported Q1 earnings Tuesday of $0.76 per diluted share, down from $0.94 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.77.

Adjusted Q1 earnings were $0.83 per share, compared with a Capital IQ consensus of $0.77.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total non-interest income, was $25.82 billion, down from $26.26 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $25.39 billion.
