Basmati exports up 30%, will continue to grow in double digit, says LT Foods

Ashwani Kumar Arora, MD & CEO of LT Foods, on Wednesday said that 25 percent of domestic revenues come from hotel, restaurant and café (HoReCa) segment.

In an interview with CNBC-TV18, he said, “Last two months HoReCa has been covering up and we have seen growth in the overall India business.”

On export front, Arora said, “The basmati export has grown around 30 percent from India and in the next 4-5 months geographies like Middle East, Europe and America will be normal and we will keep growing around double digit.”
