Battery recycler Li-Cycle files for bankruptcy protection in Canada

May 14 (Reuters) - Canadian lithium battery recycling

firm Li-Cycle on Wednesday said that company and its

units in North America filed for bankruptcy protection in

Canada.

Li-Cycle has entered into a stalking horse credit bid with

London listed Glencore ( GLCNF ) for at least $40 million.
