The new BD FACSDiscover S8 cell sorters come with the BD CellView image technology and the BD SpectralFX technology, Becton Dickinson ( BDX ) said.

The three- and four-laser instruments complement the five-laser instrument launched last year and provide scientists with "greater access, options, and flexibility to incorporate real-time imaging and spectral cell sorting technology in their labs," the company said.
