05:39 PM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Berkshire Hills Bancorp ( BHLB ) and Berkshire Bank said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer David Rosato will step down from his role to pursue other interests June 14.

The company and the bank said they have appointed Chief Accounting Officer Brett Brbovic as executive president and chief financial officer, effective June 14. Brbovic has served as chief accounting officer since 2015.
