BGC Group Completes OTC Global Acquisition for $325 Million in Cash

09:01 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BGC Group ( BGC ) said Tuesday it has completed its previously announced acquisition of OTC Global, an energy and commodities brokerage firm, for $325 million in cash.

The company said it expects the deal to be immediately accretive.
