BGC Group Extends $500 Million Senior Notes Exchange Offer

09:16 AM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BGC Group ( BGC ) said Wednesday it has extended its offer to swap up to $500 million total principal amount of its outstanding 6.6% senior notes due 2029 for newly registered notes with identical terms.

The offer will now expire at 5 pm ET on Friday, according to the company.

A total principal amount of $498.2 million of the outstanding old notes was tendered as of Tuesday, the company said.
