BingEx Shares Rise in Nasdaq Debut

11:42 AM EDT, 10/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BingEx (FLX) American depositary shares were up over 12% in recent Friday trading after the company marked its Nasdaq debut.

The stock was trading at $18.59 per ADS in recent trading, above the IPO price of $16.50 per ADS.

BingEx said earlier it priced its initial public offering of 4 million American depositary shares, each representing three Class A ordinary shares, at $16.50 per ADS for expected gross proceeds of $66 million.

Price: 18.50, Change: +2.00, Percent Change: +12.12
