BioAge Labs Shares Surge on Nasdaq Debut

12:40 PM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BioAge Labs (BIOA) shares were up almost 28% in recent trading Thursday after debuting on Nasdaq, higher than the initial public offering price of $18 per share.

The stock is trading under the ticker symbol "BIOA."

The company is offering 11 million shares in the IPO for gross proceeds of $198 million and has granted underwriters an overallotment option of additional 1.7 million shares.
