10:27 AM EST, 11/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bio-Techne's ( TECH ) selected fetal bovine serum product rights and inventory have been acquired by Gemini Bioproducts, the latter said Monday.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The fetal bovine serum product brands include Optima, Premium Select and Premium, Gemini Bioproducts said, adding that the products will be transitioned effective Dec. 3.

Shares of the company were up 3.7% in recent Monday trading.
