Woodside Energy Closes Joint Venture Stake Sale for $910 Million

05:37 AM EDT, 03/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Woodside Energy Group ( WDS ) said late Monday it has completed the sale of a 10% non-operating participating interest in the Scarborough Joint Venture to LJ Scarborough Pty Ltd for total proceeds of $910 million.
