BJ's Wholesale Club to Open Five New Stores

02:14 PM EDT, 03/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BJ's Wholesale Club (BJ) said Wednesday it is expanding its footprint with five new warehouse clubs.

The company said it is opening its fourth club in Tennessee, its second club in South Carolina, its 38th and 39th clubs in Florida, and its second location in Indiana.

BJ's previously said it plans to open 12 news clubs and 15 gas stations this fiscal year.

The company's shares rose nearly 2% in recent trading.
