07:49 AM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Black Diamond Group ( BDIMF ) , a specialty rentals and industrial services company, said on Tuesday that it has completed the purchase of 329 space rental units, plus ancillary assets, for about $20.5 million in cash.

The company funded the purchase through its existing asset-based lending facility. The assets are mainly located in Kitimat, British Columbia.
