09:57 AM EDT, 06/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone Mortgage Trust ( BXMT ) and M&T Realty Capital said Friday that they have signed a collaboration for providing multifamily agency financing access to Blackstone's borrowers.

Blackstone Mortgage ( BXMT ) said the partnership will improve its access to agency loan product services through M&T Realty's Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac Optigo lending platforms.

Financial terms of the partnership weren't disclosed.

M&T Realty, a mortgage banking firm, is a unit of M&T Bank ( MTB ) .
