Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.47.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $3.08 billion, up from $1.29 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.79 billion.

Blackstone said its board raised its quarterly dividend to $1.44 per share, payable Feb. 18 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 10.
