10:34 AM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone's (BX) real estate business, Regis and Vistry agreed on terms for the delivery of about 1,750 new homes for about 580 million British pounds ($740.2 million), Vistry said Tuesday.

Leaf Living, which is backed by funds managed by Blackstone and Regis, will manage the portfolio, according to Vistry.

Vistry added that the portfolio is spread across 36 developments.

Completion of the first pre-sold homes is expected by the end of June with majority completions scheduled over the next two years, the company said.
