Blackstone to Acquire Interests in $1 Billion Infrastructure Loan Portfolio From Santander

06:20 AM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) said Tuesday that funds under its credit and insurance unit have agreed to acquire interests in a $1 billion portfolio of infrastructure loans from Santander.

The portfolio includes loans across the digital infrastructure, utility scale renewable, energy efficiency and transportation sectors in Western Europe and the US, Blackstone said.

The deal's closing date was not disclosed.
