04:54 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) said its managed real estate funds signed definitive agreements to acquire mixed-use property Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho from affiliates of Seibu Holdings for $2.6 billion, according to a Thursday announcement.

The company said the property is 100% occupied, with two high-rise towers that house residential units, a luxury hotel, and a fully occupied office space, among others.
